Welcome to Cater Joy! By accessing our services, you agree to the following terms and conditions:

• Service Agreement: All catering orders must be placed at least 48 hours in advance.
• Payment Policy: A deposit of 50% is required at the time of booking. The remaining balance must be paid before the event.
• Cancellations: Cancellations made within 24 hours of the event may be subject to a cancellation fee.
• Allergies & Dietary Restrictions: We strive to accommodate dietary needs but cannot guarantee the absence of allergens.
• Liability: Cater Joy is not responsible for food quality once it has been delivered and served beyond the agreed delivery time.
• Changes to Orders: Any modifications to an order must be requested at least 24 hours before the event.
• Use of Information: By using our service, you agree that we may collect and use your information in accordance with our privacy policy.
